We accept all forms of literature and visual art from anyone. Please send as attachments. We are particularly interested in short stories, poetry, translations, cultural criticism, foreign communiques, and process commentaries under 2,500 words. Experimental and avant-garde works, too, are encouraged. Anything interesting and critically thought out will be likewise respected by us and considered for publication. Multiple submissions are acceptable and work printed in Brev Spread will not be obliged to remain solely in the magazine for any given time except when restricted by law. In fact the entirety of this magazine can be reproduced without permission, though we do ask that an acknowledgment to the source be given. Brev Spread reserves the right to reprint all accepted poems in any subsequent issue, anthology, or collection.
Submit work in .doc, .docx, or .jpg format to firstname.lastname@example.org. Art should be at least 8.5×11 and in 300 dpi. Response to work may take up to a month; comments or suggestions on submitted material may or may not be provided. Queries and proposals are welcome.
Time schedule: We print our issues in the last week of every month so we prefer to receive submissions for the issue-in-progress by the 15th, so to give at least a week for the editing process and about another week for the formatting and printing. We, however, are open to submissions at all times. By rights thus we are eager to read your creations.
